How to Get PCB Design Quote?
Mer-Mar Electronics has over 40 years of experience in developing and manufacturing different types of PCBs irrespective of their complexity levels. It is classified into three sections: Personal Details, PCB Design Quote and Board Mechanicals/Spec.
Personal Details:
- In this section, enter the information about you, your email address, company name, phone number, address, and more you would require to submit.
PCB Design Quote:
- Select if you project is Pb-Free or not.
- Select the best option for Schematic whether you require ORCAD, PADSLOGIC or any other.
- Select the Netlist file(s) and upload it. Select the Netlist Type from PADSPCB, ALLEGRO or any other.
- Select the BOM file(s) and upload it. Select the enter the type of BOM.
- If you have any drawing, dimension or other PCB design quote specification, please select files(s) and upload.
Board Mechanicals / Spec:
- Enter the Board Size. Please specify inches, MM or Mills.
- Enter the number of layers required for a PCB design quote.
- Enter the layer side from 50 Ohms, 75 Ohms, 100 Ohm differential or any.
- Select Yes if you require length matching, DDR/QDR, PCT EXPRESS, Impedance control, Daisy Chain and SERDES for your PCB design quote.
- Select and enter the accepted formats from DXF, PDF or Gerbers for board outlines.
- Enter the number of differential pairs.
- Select the number of BGA’s (min. pitch) from 0.5, 0.65, 1.27.
